I was *given* a foil one of these by a coworker who played back in 2003-2004. It has contact marks on the face of the card (it was in a box stuffed full of cards dating back to Revised). There are some visible "chips" or scratches near the top-left corner where white is showing in the black border, but I can hardly tell something is wrong with it in the toploader. How would you grade a card in such condition? Moderately Played? Heavily Played? Damaged?Posted on October 26th, 2023 by Nokkan
Without looking at a picture, I would say Moderately Played. I had a friend with a similar type of problem, and I fixed it for him by altering the card (It was Chinese, and I believe it is pictured on the right). This will take the value of the card higher than mint, is still tournament legal, and is a relatively inexpensive task.Posted on October 26th, 2023 by PaintersServant
